Returns

To return an item, you must keep it unused and in the same condition you received it. Additionally, it must remain in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept exchanges for these items.

Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve your refund, we will process it immediately, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not receive your refund on time, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account carefully.

  2. Contact your credit card company, because refunds may take some time to post.

  3. Contact your bank if the refund still does not appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items cannot receive refunds.

Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges for baked products.

Gifts

If someone purchased the item as a gift and shipped it directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.

  • Once we receive the item, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the giver shipped it to themselves:

  • We will send the refund to the original gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
